Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products that have been used, modified, painted, damaged, or special ordered are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, with all hardware, installation instructions, and in its original packaging (this includes shipping materials within the box).

While 100% customer satisfaction is our goal, Foreman Fiber Worx reserves the right to accept or deny returns and refunds at our discretion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders (products or product variations that are not listed on our website. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective upon receiving. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Return Shipping
All return items must be shipped back to Foreman Fiber Worx at 15 Lakewood Drive, Unit 15, Montville, CT, 06370. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and this is typically non-refundable. Please understand that we are located on the east coast, and it may take some time for product exchanges, depending on shipping method used and your geographic location within the lower 48 states.

If you are returning a sizable item, and return shipping via UPS, USPS, or FedEx is costly, Foreman Fiber Worx recommends using a trackable freight service. We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance, no matter the shipping service used. Foreman Fiber Worx cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
